Consortium Director of Physician Training
- Dr James Gome
James'
role within the Consortium is to coordinate the basic physician
training programme across all Compass 6 sites. The programme has
been developed to allow a full range of educational
opportunities to be available to trainees. The program aims to
be dynamic and responsive to individual trainee's needs.
James is available for support, counselling and career guidance
and is
prepared to act as an advocate for your training and education.

Consortium Manager
Robert
is the Director of Medical Education and St Vincent's Education
Centre, at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. Robert has been
involved in education for over 10 years. He has a Masters of
Education focusing on Educational Administration and a Doctorate
of Education in which he researched the characteristics of
effective continuing education programs. He has an interest in
design, evaluation and assessment of continuing post compulsory
education programs.
