ROSTERS HMO & Registrar annual rosters are not preformatted but carefully
tailored each year to suit the trainees’ needs.
Rosters are designed
after the selection process has been completed, and all appointees are
invited to submit a preferential list for terms sturdy leave and annual leave.
These are then allocated as equitably as possible, taking into
consideration career goals and any significant personal events in the
year.
